Returning Merchandise

Please note that no returns will be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization. All claims must be made within 30 days of the ship date. We cannot accept returns on any cut goods. Upon return, your order will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued accordingly. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee may apply.

To obtain a Returned Goods Authorization please contact our customer service at (323) 268-6958 or at info@worldwidefabricinc.com. When requesting for authorization, please include your order number, as well as your reason for returning. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
